I've been using Bob's Taxi, probably a few times a year, for many years. I've never had a problem with the service. The dispatchers are always pleasant, the drivers are always friendly and they always show up on time. If they ARE going to be late I'm always warned ahead of time, so that I can plan my wait time. Maybe I have had such good luck because I never use the service late at night or during peak times. I can only describe my own experiences up to this point.
