Certainly no improvement with the new resident mamager.Nothing but a similar negative experience with the same character my first year here.Had no toilet for 7 days.Had to urinate in the sink. Bowel movement in a bag.Finally on day 7 had to actually chase him down the hall and beg him to fix the toilet.Floatie things all over the floor from the plugged toilet, if you get my drift.Apparently he felt it was more important for him and his partner to clean the utility room to store his stash of personal tools.
Not a pleasant place to live.Living room window leaks pretty much every rainfall.Sewer water leaks out around base of toilet.A couple of times sewer water has come up in my bath tub & washroom sink.Stink of rotting leaves from window wells.Wood bugs & sugar ants breed quite well in this tiny unit. Musty smell from day one.Cracked toilet seat never fixed.Marijuana & tobacco smoke spewing in through vent & doorway.Constant harassment from upstairs Metcap tenants.The unit is in desperate need of a paint job.Cabinets are in disrepair.Lost a grocery supply in a broken refrigerator.This has happened twice and food never replaced. Some Metcap employee has given out personal information about myself.That is an absolute no not!
