Although the physicians are amazing (when you can get an appointment) the front desk staff all need to be fired. Rosa is completely rude and ignorant every single time unless you are a personal friend; Robyn can also be snippy and couldn't care less. Jenna is the only half decent employee there. They don't answer the phones, don't respond to emails and constantly tell you to go to a walk in, fully knowing there aren't any. If these were times where you could switch to another clinic, I'd definitely do that because of the staff. Many patients have complained to Dr Figueroa but she brushes it off.
